  • How fast can we actually ship something?

    Most MVPs ship in 4–8 weeks. Smaller scoped work can go live in a week. The first call is where we scope honestly.

  • How much does it cost?

    I work in fixed-scope sprints, not hourly. Pricing depends on scope; we agree on a ship date and a price before any work starts.

  • Which languages do you work in?

    Arabic and English. Calls, messages, and documentation — whatever you're most comfortable in.

  • Do I own the code?

    Yes. You own the repo, the domain, the accounts, and every line of code. I leave you set up to keep shipping.

  • Do you work on-site in MENA?

    Remote by default, on-site for kickoff or launch weeks when it helps. I'm based in the region.

  • What if I don't know what I want yet?

    That's what the first call is for. We'll turn the fuzzy idea into the smallest thing worth shipping.
